Salvo acuerdo específico en contrato, el contenido del sitio pertenece a MelonRing. Los deliverables del cliente pertenecen al cliente según el SOW correspondiente
4. Confidencialidad
Respetamos la información comercial confidencial compartida durante consultas y proyectos, y esperamos el mismo respeto hacia nuestros métodos y pricing
5. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, MelonRing y Andrii Sharapov no son responsables por daños indirectos, punitivos, incidentales, especiales o consequential damages
6. Cambios en los términos
Podemos modificar estos términos. Los cambios materiales se indicarán actualizando la fecha de última actualización
7. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Polonia y la Unión Europea. Las disputas estarán sujetas a la jurisdicción de los tribunales polacos
