1. Project Overview

This was a product for bringing daily team operations together: planning, internal processes, resources, reporting and operational tools in one workspace

The goal was not simply to assemble a set of screens, but to turn scattered work into a system that different roles could use without constant manual explanations

2. Core Challenges

•Different types of work lived in separate flows and required their own navigation logic
•Teams needed templates, repeatable processes and clear execution control
•Data, reports, resources and integrations had to be available in one environment without overwhelming the interface
•Automation and AI support needed to assist work rather than create another isolated tool

3. What I Designed

I structured the product around connected operational areas: a dashboard, sprints, process templates, a resource library, analytics, an AI assistant and API management

Sprint planning
Repeatable process templates

Templates turned recurring work into ready-made sequences instead of forcing teams to recreate the same process manually

4. Operational Visibility

The analytics layer brought reports, key indicators and trends into one view, giving managers and teams a shared picture of the work

Reports and analytics

A resource and downloads area completed the model by keeping documents, templates and other materials close to the workflows where they were needed

5. Integration Layer and AI

I also designed clear surfaces for automation: API management, system connections and an AI assistant working with product context

This created room for future integrations, automated actions and user assistance without breaking the core navigation

6. Result

The result was a coherent operational product rather than a collection of disconnected features: planning, templates, analytics, resources, integrations and AI support in one expandable system

My role covered product structure, information architecture, UX flows and the alignment of all major parts into a system ready for further growth
